Timeframe: Once we get your information, I can complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) which is a comparison of your homes size, age, number of bedrooms, baths, garage, etc with the homes in your area. A CMA will compare your house with like size, like age, like features to arrive a price that it could sell for on the retail market.
Until I walk through your home though, my CMA is based upon what the like kind is in your area with the average wear and tear. Once I come in to view your house, it is easier to adjust the CMA up or down based upon features and conditions. While some features do add value, not all do. Condition is always a factor in pricing.
So we will discuss your home, it features and its condition to arrive at a good market price to sell quickly.
